This Privacy Statement sets forth our privacy policy for personal data that we collect through our website, software applications, apps, and social media pages when you interact with us by phone, email, or text, and/ or when you visit or stay as a guest at our property.

  • With your consent, we will collect and process your personal data in order to provide you with services that you request, personalize the services according to your personal preferences, communicate with you about goods and services according to your personal preferences, communicate with you regarding sweepstakes, activities, events and promotions and for other legitimate business purposes (“Services”). We cannot provide Services to any user without the necessary personal data.
  • We may collect the following personal data: your name, email address, phone number, address, travel itinerary, date of birth, a copy of your government ID, credit card information, important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions; prior guest stays and interactions, and other related information.
  • Guest are deemed to give consent to collection of personal data by entering their own personal data and confirming the reservation or request.
  • The White House Inn is committed to protecting the privacy of children and we and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without prior parental consent.

  • To provide you with the highest level of hospitality and Services, we may share personal data with service providers for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, including payment processing, order fulfilment, customer service, email delivery, marketing, website hosting and other services.
